The FollowMyHealth Patient Portal is a secure, password-protected website where you can access medical information from your hospital stay.
With the portal, you can:
- View prescriptions and lab results.
- Access notes from doctor’s appointments.
- Email your physician directly.
- Review discharge instructions after a hospital stay.
