CALL Don't FALL

Your safety is our top priority! If you are considered at risk for falls, your care providers will take precautions for your safety according to hospital policies. They will:

  • Check on you hourly
  • Respond quickly to help with your needs
  • Respect your privacy
  • Ensure your safety
  • Place signage in your room to alert all staff of fall precautions
  • Educate you and your care partners on fall prevention and safety

For your safety, call us:

  • Immediately if you are feeling dizzy or weak.
  • When you want to get out of your bed or chair—do not get up without assistance from your medical team.
  • When you need to use the bathroom—and let us stay within arm’s reach.
  • Even if your family member wants to help—we’ll make sure it’s safe.
